Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order details.
Returns requested after the specified period will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Only size or product exchanges are permitted. Color variations due to screen differences are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be approved by Finance Sweep before dispatching the product back.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Finance Sweep is not responsible for items lost in transit.
